Company Background

Telliris is a division of DAC Systems, Inc., a 17 year veteran manufacturer of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. DAC Systems manufactures systems ranging in size from 4 to 1500 ports.

DAC Systems' customer list includes many highly recognizable blue chip companies such as Boston University, Citibank, KPMG, Lockheed Martin, Pfizer, SBLI, and United Technologies. Formed in 2003, the Telliris division was created to focus on standardizing time and attendance data collection IVR systems.  Telliris leverages DAC Systems’ deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver time and labor data collection IVR systems and services to the marketplace. The systems are provided in a pre-integrated "turn-key" fashion through Telliris business partners

Telliris’ time and attendance data collection products, Attend Enterprise Series and Attend Small Business Series, are uniquely positioned in the time and attendance marketplace.  They are pre-integrated - ready to work "hand in hand" with many leading time and attendance / workforce management products. Prior to Telliris, telephone-based time and labor data collection was difficult and costly to implement.

Our innovative approach to the time and attendance market is in stark contrast to competing time collection IVR systems and traditional custom IVR systems.  Telliris’ deep knowledge of core IVR technology coupled with an understanding of time and attendance is what sets us apart.
