The Small Business Series offers many of the features and benefits of our enterprise model at a price that fits the budget of smaller organizations. It does it without sacrificing sophisticated functionality that small businesses demand.

The Same Applications as Enterprise
All the same applications are available as the Enterprise Series. In fact the system runs the exact same program code as the Enterprise Series. You get almost all the same features, in a system sized right for a smaller workgroup. Please note, although every application is available, certain functions are limited due to the use analog phone lines.

• No Corners Cut: Like the Enterprise Series, this models hardware architecture is designed for telecommunications with 24x7 continuous operation. It is rack mounted and manufactured in the same facility as the Enterprise Series.

• Value Leader Design: Due to lower demand on computing resources, lower performance components can be used. The Small Business Series has either 4 or 8 phone lines, well below the Enterprise Series 192 lines. Unlike the Enterprise Series, it is a non-redundant design.

• 100% Pre-integration Coverage: All the time and attendance / workforce management software packages handled by the Enterprise Series are handled by the Small Business Series.

• Multi-location Scenario: The Small Business Series is is appropriate for even large enterprise users. If you need to deploy a number of systems throughout various facilities, such as to handle calls local to each facility, the Small Business Series is an ideal solution. They act the same as when multiple Enterprise Series systems are used. The time and attendance system communicates with the multiple SBS systems with unlimited scalability just like the enterprise model.
