All Telliris Attend systems are installed by Telliris staff on-site at your facility.

In most cases, our time and attendance / workforce management partner is also on-site installing their system. In all cases the time and attendance installation takes more time, typically starting prior to Telliris on-site, and ending well after Telliris is complete and off-site. It is not necessary for them to be on site if Telliris Attend is being added to your existing time and attendance / workforce management system.

Depending on the size of the system and type of phone lines, installation ranges from 1/2 day to 2 days.

Installation includes mounting the system in an equipment rack, connecting and configuring the phone lines, establishing time and attendance system connectivity and testing system operation.

Prior to installing the system, Telliris will provide your organization with a Site Preparation Document. This document covers all provisioning that needs to be prepared in advance of the on-site installation date.

We work closely with your IT staff, telecom staff and 3rd party systems providers. With over 15 years of telecommunications and IVR experience, we've made the process routine and predictable.

Traditionally, we have two conference calls with your technical staff to review site preparation tasks. The tasks are explained in detail; equipment location, primary power, telecommunications lines, networking and testing of infrastructure. The document and review process with your staff (and in a subset of cases your telephone company and / or PBX company) serves as a checklist - ensuring accurate and thorough preparation.
