Training Overview All Telliris systems include administrator training. Training is provided during the same on-site work period as installation. It's done once system installation is complete and takes less than 1/4 day. The system requires very little administration and operates for months between administration tasks. In this respect, it is closer in behavior to a telephone system than a computer system. Administrator Training Administrator training covers system start up, shut down, maintenance and configuration procedures. Two sets of documentation for administrators are provided. Since a system typically runs unattended for months at a time, documentation is a helpful reference guide during occasional system administration. Additional administrator training can be provided in the event a new administrator is hired. End User TrainingEnd user training is unnecessary. Everyone is familiar with IVR systems. Your workforce simply dials the system and follows the prompts. In situations where Telliris Attend is replacing an existing telephone-based time and labor data collection system, it can be configured to mimic your existing system, or mimic your system with improvements. In all scenarios, employees need minimal or no training. Training is mainly oriented towards HR / Payroll policy and the need to access the system at the start and end of their shift, during lunch, for absence reporting, accruals inquiry, and the like. ↑ Back to top |
