Support, Maintenance, and Upgrades

Telliris Attend requires a minimum of administration and maintenance. It is designed to operate in a lights out environment and runs for months without the need for attention.

When assistance is needed, you contact your time and attendance / workforce management provider. They will ascertain where attention is needed. This strategy provides you with a single point of contact.

If troubleshooting or maintenance is needed on the Telliris Attend system, either your time and attendance / workforce management provider will perform the task, or if appropriate they will coordinate with Telliris.
