Technical Support Telliris provides support as directed by your time and attendance / workforce management provider. Our organization is best able to handle telecommunications related work, thus we request support be handed off to Telliris early in the process. During system installation, Telliris establishes a remote connection to the system. This VPN remote connection is then used for future administration and maintenance Our policy is to take support calls as they arrive and commence work as needed. Calls for support after hours are forwarded to Telliris staff. Spare hardware components are stocked at Telliris. If a CPU, hard disk, power supply, or network interface fails, the Enterprise series architecture enables the system to continue operating normally. This allows component replacement to be handled at the most convenient time for those involved in the process. Telliris uses an advance replacement strategy for hardware spares. The new component is shipped out immediately and we request the original part sent back once the new one is installed. ↑ Back to top |
