Upgrades In addition to technical support, the maintenance plan includes software upgrades. Your time and attendance / workforce management provider will notify you of upgrades when they become available. Telliris Attend upgrades are infrequent due to the telecommunications nature of the system. Think of the last time your voice mail system was updated or your bank updated its banking by phone system. Compared to software with a visual interface, telephone user interfaces need update less frequently. Upgrades are more commonly made due to your organizations needs changing. If your organization changes its way of doing things, the call dialog can be changed to meet your updated needs without programming. This is made possible via the Telliris Attend systems data driven call dialog. If a change is needed and it is minor, there is no charge for the update. ↑ Back to top |
